Darcy Worth
Darcy Worth is an Associate with Sherwood & Robert. Darcy Worth’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and transactional matters. She comes to Sherwood & Robert from serving in a legal role at a financial management company where she reviewed estate and tax issues for high-net-worth clients.
While at the Ohio State Moritz College of Law, she served as Membership Editor for the peer-reviewed Ohio State Business Law Journal. She was in leadership for Ohio State’s Student Bar Association. Darcy was active with Moritz’s College of Law’s premier Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, engaging with the local court systems and becoming certified to perform Divorce and Small Claims mediations in the Ohio Court System, as well as competing in the American Bar Association's Mediation and Negotiations competitions.
Prior to her law degree, Darcy was active on Oklahoma State University’s Campus, engaging in a multitude of leadership and civic organizations, graduating Summa Cum Laude and selected as the Spears School of Business Outstanding Scholar.
