Sarah Marshall Siddall

Sarah Marshall Siddall is an Associate with Sherwood & Robert. Sarah focuses on business torts, nursing home negligence and wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, guardianships, complex litigation, and construction litigation.

While at the University of Tulsa College of Law, she completed her Accelerated Undergraduate Degree Program in Business & Law, graduating cum laude from The University of Tulsa after her first year of law school with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Law.  Additionally, Sarah was recognized on the Faculty Honor Roll in Fall 2021 and 2022, Spring 2021 and 2022; Collins College of Business Dean’s Honor Roll in Fall 2021 and Spring 2021; and a CALI in Evidence Class (highest grade). Sarah also competed in the Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament, receiving an award for the Best Cross-Examination, and in multiple trial competitions within the law school, where she placed among the top three attorneys. Sarah served as the President and Community Outreach Chair in the TU Law Exercise Club and as a member of the Board of Advocate trial club.  

 While completing her undergraduate degree, Sarah led The University of Tulsa’s Moot Court team for four years, won awards for Best Advocate out of approximately sixty competitors in 2017 and for Top 5 Best Advocates in 2018 and 2019 at the Sooner Invitational at OU Law School, and led her team to a third-place victory in the competition.
