Ted Sherwood
Ted Sherwood is a Principal with Sherwood & Robert. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1983. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Tulsa (BSBA ‘77). He is a principal in Sherwood, McCormick & Robert, Tulsa, Oklahoma and his practice is primarily in the area of nursing and medical negligence. For the last 10 years Ted has been also served as a mediator and arbitrator in over 1,000 cases. In 2018 Ted formed Accord Mediation and Arbitration. Ted has mediated cases involving medical and hospital negligence, personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence, product liability and construction litigation. He is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals (2014).

Ted has extensive jury trial experience in cases involving professional negligence and personal injury. He has given presentations at numerous CLE seminars on topics such as evidence, trial practice, and personal injury. He has authored four published articles on the following topics: nursing home negligence; presentation of medical thermography evidence; cross-examination of economists, and the duty to supplement discovery responses.
