Sherwood, McCormick, & Robert would like to announce that two new attorneys, Sarah Marshall and Michael Anderson, have joined the firm as associates. Sarah and Michael were officially sworn in on September 26, 2023. Sarah Marshall
Sarah Marshall attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she completed her Accelerated Undergraduate Degree Program in Business & Law, graduating Cum Laude from The University of Tulsa in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Law after her first year of law school. Sarah then earned her Juris Doctorate in 2023.
Throughout her tenure at the university, Sarah was consistently recognized on the Faculty Honor Roll and Collins College of Business Dean’s Honor Roll. Her extracurricular honors include being awarded Best Cross-Examination at the Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament, serving as the President and Community Outreach Chair in the TU Law Exercise Club, and participating in the Board of Advocate trial club.
At Sherwood, McCormick, & Robert, Sarah’s practice includes litigation in the areas of business torts, nursing home negligence and wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, guardianships, construction, and other complex litigation.
Michael Anderson
Michael Anderson completed his undergraduate education at Oklahoma State University (OSU), receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in English. He was an active member of the OSU community, participating in the Oklahoma State Cowboy Marching Band, Oklahoma State Spirit Band, and National Society of Leadership and Success. Michael continued his education at University of Tulsa College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate with a Health Law Concentration.
Michael’s practice includes nonprofit (formation and compliance), business transactions, estate planning and probate, and personal injury.
